  This fee is a storage fee charge to a potential customer for gold storage at one of our partner vaults.

  This is a fee we charged for brokering a gold bar purchase after your purchase application is approved prior to your initial investment deposit.

  This fee is charged for each additional investment deposit.
• Safe Deposit Cancellation Fee - $250.
  This fee is charged for closing your safe deposit box prior to the end of your contract period.
• Joint Account Administration Fee - $300.
  This fee is charged for a safe deposit box that is owned by more than one investor.
• Annual Safe Deposit Box Renewal Commission - $100.
  This is an annual commission managing your safe deposit box access renewal including security updates with the partner vault which is paid at the end of the contract period. This fee is to be paid if the investor is renewing their storage contract.
• Re-issue of Lost or Compromised Access Cards and Keys - $200.
  This is a fee that is charged when an safe deposit box owner loses their access cards or in the event that the customer loses their box keys and requires a new access card or keys.
• An ID Card Replacement Penalty - $150.
  This is a fee that is charged when a customer loses their ID card used for identification and for accessing our facility.
• Breach Of Source of Funds - Not Specified.
  You must fully compensate us and pay us all costs, charges, expenses, claims or damages that we incur, or which are made against us in the event of breach by you of source of funds as required by:
  1 - The U.S Patriot Act relating to provisions to combat money laundering and terrorism financing.
  2 - Federal Statutes that allow for seizure and forfeiture of assets derived from illegal activities.
  3 - Anti-money laundering laws that require financial institutions to report suspicious activities and implement compliance programs.

  When you end your contract before the end of the safe deposit contract period without a good reason but not one of the reasons set out in clause 14.2 under our Terms of Service, we may charge reasonable compensation for the net costs we incur as a result of you ending the contract.
